1、学士学位论文1ZZ-FE发动机实验台设计摘要汽车新技术发展十分迅速,在汽车工程上的应用越来越普遍而相关高校及社会技术培训机构在汽车新技术教学中大多以理论为主,相应新技术、新结构为主的实践教学手段严重滞后,不仅不能与汽车领域广泛推出的汽车新技术同步,更跟不上汽车新技术的快速发展为此,研制了丰田1ZZ-FE型电控发动机仿真实验台,本设计以丰田花冠1ZZ-FE发动机为蓝本,设计制造出具有故障诊断以及教学功能演示的综合实验台,可以结合实验台可以进行故障设置,诊断并且进行信号测试,数据流分析等。目的是通过理论与实践相结合的方式。本设计主要是针对丰田1ZZ-FE发动机进行展开,首先了解1ZZ-FE发动机的
2、内部结构、工作原理及运行情况。在此基础上,提出了一种以教学为目的的发动机实验台设计方案。针对它的教学目的,该实验台的特点是结构相对较为简单,实验台设有检测端子和自诊断接口,便于在教学过程中,让学生直观了解并通过设置故障增强其动手能力,以达到良好的教学效果。关键词:发动机;实验台;故障检测 1ZZ-FE Engine Experimental DesignAbstractAutomobile new technology is developing very rapidly, and the application in automobile engineering is becoming mo
