Editorialpolicies2.1 PeerreviewandeditorialpolicyThejournal'sgeneralreviewpolicyistoobtainatleasttwoindependentreviewsofeachfulllengtharticleandatleastoneforshortreportletters.Weuseadouble-blindreviewingprocessinwhichauthors*andreviewers*identitiesareconcealed.Ourreviewersareencouragedtoprovidesubstantive,constructivereviewsthatprovidesuggestionsforimprovingtheworkanddistinguishbetweenmandatoryandnon-mandatoryrecommendations.TheEditorsreservetherighttomakeeditorialandliterarycorrections.Majorrearrangementsorcorrectionswillbemadeonlywiththeapprovalofauthors.Inmostcasestheywillbeofferedasrecommendationstopermitauthorstorewritetheirmaterialinawaythatisacceptabletothejournal.TheEditorialProcessiscollaborativeone.TheEditorswillevaluatethemanuscriptandconsiderthereviewsandformtheirownopinion.AssumingthemanuscriptisnotrejectedtheEditorwillmakesuggestionstotheauthorabouthowtoimprovethemanuscriptandraisequestionsthatneedtobeanswered.Thesuggestionsarenotbinding.Theauthorsmayhavebetteralternativesorwishtoarguetheirpointofview.Allofthisisdonetoimprovethemanuscriptbeforepublication.UltimatelytheEditormaynotbesatisfiedbytheresponsesandrevisionsortheauthorsmaynotbepreparedtochangetheirmanuscriptsufficientlytosatisfytheEditor.Inthesecircumstancesmanyhoursmayhavebeenspentandmanyrevisionsmadeonthemanuscriptwhicheventhenisnotaccepted.Thisisariskofthisprocessbutsomethingwetryhardtoavoid.2.2 ArticletypesWeacceptfulllengtharticles,reviewar
