基于物联网技术的农业信息化发展模式研究摘要我国是农业大国，而现在传统农业不断转为现代农业，物联网技术的作用也越来越突出，以物联网技术为中心，能够建立针对农业的综合信息服务体系，在对农业经济结构进行重组和调整以及转变优化农业经济发展方式上，其作用是不可替代的。将物联网技术应用在农业信息化中有利于优化资源的配置，提高农业生产管理水平和经营管理水平，促进其生产的科学化、效率化。物联网技术应用在农业信息化中为我国农业的发展提供了一个全新的平台，对农业经济发展、农业现代化以及农民增收，都具有重要意义。物联网主要指的是一种系统工程，它由3个层面分别是感知层、传输层以及处理层构建而成。这三个层次各司其职，首先，感知层的主要任务是物品的标记和认知，还有信息的搜索和收集；其次，传输层的主要任务是连接网络和对信息进行传递以及输入和输出；最后，处理层有两项主要任务，一项是负责分析信息，另一项是对其中的有效部分进行利用。物联网技术体系可划分为感知层技术、传输层技术以及处理层技术等三种主要技术。基于物联网的农业信息化，就是指在农业信息化过程中应用物联网的技术，把所有的传感器节点构成一个网络，并且与通信网、计算机网、卫星通讯网等现代信息网络相融合，形成一个庞大的网络,将先进的农业生产设施与土地相匹配，通过各种传感器、全球定位系统、Smartcamera,智能手机等智能化终端和工具采集和收集信息，通过信息传输网络将信息传送到农业数据库系统、数字化图书馆等农业信息存储系统中，利用云计算技术、信息处理系统等对农业信息进行处理和决策，最后利用相关网络及农业自动控制技术等实现农业信息发布及远程控制。基于物联网的农业信息化使农业实现了集约型智能化生产的过程。本文所依据的经济学原理，主要有三大相关理论，第一，农业可持续发展理论;第二，农业产业组织理论；第三；农业技术创新理论。本文的主要内容，以三大理论为指导，首先，对我国以及其他国家农业信息化的现实状况进行介绍，并对我国目前农业进展历程中存在的主要问题进行分析；其次，对其他典型国家的农业信息化的经验进行整理归纳适，以做到有效借鉴、为我所用。最后，构建我国的技术模式、农业信息化战略模式和服务模式等基于物联网的模式。具体来讲，本文主要做了以下三方面的创新探索，第一点是提出了一种战略模式即农业多元化与信息化协同发展的模式，并且要注重技术体系与服务体系的共同建设，有效利用综合开拓发展和局部逐渐突破这两种方式的相互结合以及推进服务主体和服务方式的多元化，加上技术引进与创新，实现农业创新发展的目标指日可待；第二点是提出了“政府+内资+金融工具+外资”多元化的投入模式，和新的架构模式”多方合作型”，而且提出了“现代信息传输服务形式+传统信息传送服务形式”的信息传递服务形式相结合的方式；第三点则是提出了两种与物联网相关的构建模式，一种是物联网与农业信息化技术集成模式，另一种则是物联网农业技术体系组构模式。关键词：物联网技术，农业信息化，发展模式，技术模式，服务模式，战略模ResearchOnTheDevelopmentModeOfAgriculturalInformationBasedOnInternetOfThingsTechnologyAbstractChinaisalargeagriculturalcountry,withthetransitionfromtraditionalagriculturetomodernagriculture,thedominantpositionofInternetofthingstechnologyhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent,aroundaIOTofcreatingacomprehensiveinformationservicesystemforagriculture,willbeintheadjustmentofagriculturaleconomicstructure,playapositiveroleinthetransformationofthedevelopmentmodeofagriculturaleconomy.TheInternetofthingstechnologyapplicationisconducivetooptimizingtheallocationofresourcesintheagriculturalinformatization,improveagriculturalproductionmanagementlevelandmanagementlevel,promotescientific,efficiencyofitsproduction.TheInternetofthingshasprovidedanewplatformforapplicationintheagriculturalinformationtechnologyforthedevelopmentofChina'sagriculture,incomeofagriculturaleconomicdevelopment,modernizationofagricultureandfarmers,allhasthevitalsignificance.TheInternetofthingsisresponsibleforidentifyingobjectsandcollectinformationforperceptionlayer,networkaccessandinformationtransmissionlayer,isresponsiblefortheinformationanalysisandappliedprocessinglayerthreelevelstogetherconstituteahugesystemsengineering.Accordingtothethreelayerarchitecture,canbedividedintotheInternetofthingstechnologysystemofperceptionlayer,transportlayertechnologytechnologyandprocessinglayertechnology.TheInternetofthingsbasedontheagriculturalinformatization,referstothetechnologyusedintheprocessofagricultureinformationizationintheInternetofthings,manysensornodeswillconstituteasensornetwork,andthemoderninformationnetworkandcommunicationnetwork,computernetwork,satellitecommunicationsnetworksuchasintegration,formahugenetwork,theadvancedagriculturalproductionfacilitiesandlandphasematching,throughavarietyofsensors,GPS,smartcamera,3Gmobilephoneintelligentterminalandtoolforcollectingandgatheringinformation,theinformationtransmissionthroughthenetworkwilltransmittheinformationtothedatabasesysteminagriculture,suchasagriculturaldigitallibraryinformationstoragesystem,usingcloudcomputingtechnology,informationprocessingsystemforprocessinganddecisionmakingofagriculturalinformation,andfinallytheuseofautomatictoachievecontrolofagriculturalinformationtechnologysuchaspublishingandremotecontrolrelatednetworkandagriculture.TheInternetofthingstorealizetheprocessofagriculturalinformationagriculturalintensiveintelligentproductionbasedon.Inthispaper,byusingtheprincipleofthetheoryoftechnologyinnovation,agriculturalsustainabledevelopmenttheory,theagriculturalindustrialorganizationtheoryofeconomics,analysesthecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofagriculturalinformatizationathomeandabroad,comparativeanalysisofChina,sexistingproblemsinthedevelopmentofagriculturalinformatizationdevelopment;combiningwiththepresentsituationofourcountryandtheproblemexists,thereferenceofforeigntypicalnationalagriculturalinformatizationandrelatedexperienceandenlightenment,thesystemhasbeenconstructedinourcountrybasedontheInternetofthings,thestrategicmodeofagriculturalinformationtechnologymodeandservicemode.Specifically,inthispaper,theinnovationinthefollowingthreeaspects:theexplorationmainlydoputforwardthestrategicmodeofdiversificationofagriculturalinformatizationconstructionbasedontheInternetofthingsofthecoordinateddevelopmentintechnology,systemconstructionandservicesystemconstructionasthekeypoint,bypromotingthecombination,andlocalbreakthroughservicemodeandservicemainbodydiversification,technologytransferandtechnologyinnovationfusion,realizeagriculturalsustainabledevelopmentgoals;putforwardthegovemment+domesticfinancialinstrumentsofforeign"diversifiedinvestmentmode”,theorganizationmodeofmulti-partycooperationtype"and"thetraditionalinformationdisseminationservice+moder
