/40KOREALAB2024LJlD的黜三W)TERMSANDCONDITIONOFEXHIBITl.TermsofReferenceUndertheserulesandregulations,theterm'Exhibitor,shallincludeallemployees,servantsandagentsofanycompanypartnership,firmorindividualtowhomspacehasbeenallocatedforthepurposeofexhibiting.Theterm4Exhibition,shallmeantheexhibitionreferredtoontheapplicationandcontractform.Theterm'Contract*meansthecontractforexhibitionspaceattheExhibitionenteredintobetweentheManagementandtheExhibitorwhichincorporatestherulesandregulations2. ApplicationForParticipationAllapplicationforparticipationshallbemadeontheprescribedapplicationform.TheapplicationformshallbesubmittedtotheManagementortheirauthorizedRepresentatives.ThesubmissionoftheformshalldeemtobeconfirmationofparticipationandacceptancebytheExhibitoroftheTermsofContract.TheManagementshallreservetherighttoacceptorrefuseanyapplicationwithoutdisclosingtotheExhibitoranyreasonsthereof.Theexhibitorwhoisacceptedshouldremitthedeposit50%ofboothrentalfeein10daysaftersubmittingtheapplicationform.ThebalanceshouldberemittedByJan.31,2024.3. AllocationofExhibitionSpaceTheManagementshallallocatethespaceinaccordancewiththenatureofexhibitsorinanymannertheymaydeemfit.TheManagementshallreservetherighttochangethespaceallocatedtotheExhibitoratanytimepriortothecommerceoftheerectionoftheboothoftheExhibitorshouldexceptionalcircumstancesdemandand,toalterthespacetotransferorcloseentrancesandexitstotheExhibitionfacilitiesandtoundertakeotherstructuralalterationsastheymaydeemfit.SuchchangesshallbeatthediscretionoftheManagementandtheExhibitionshallhavenoclaimforcompensationasaresultofsuchchanges4. UseofExhibitionSpaceExhibitorsareonlyentitledtoexhibittheannouncedproductsandtomantheexhibitswithcompetentpersonnelduringtheopeninghoursoftheExhibition.TheManagementreservetherightstorefuseadmittancetoanyvisitortotheExhibitionortohaveaccesstoanystand.Exhibitorsarenotallowedtosub-letorassignthestandsallottedtothemtootherpartieseitherwhollyorinpartwithoutthewrittenconsentoftheManagement.ExhibitorswillbeliableforanydamagetothewallsortoanypartoftheExhibitionhallinwhichtheirexhibitsareplacedandshallnotpaintorotherwisealterthefloors,ceilings,pillars,orwallswithoutthepriorconsentoftheManagement.5. BreachofContractandWithdrawalbyExhibitorWithoutprejudicetotherightsandremediesoftheManagementinrespectofanybreachoftheContractonthepartoftheExhibitor;theManagementmayattheirdiscretionallowtheExhibitortowithdrawfromtheExhibitionsubjecttothefollowingconditions:a. TheExhibitormustgivewrittennoticetotheManagementthathedesirestowithdrawandiftheManagementallowsuchwithdrawaltheywillnotifytheExhibitoroftheirdecisioninwritingb. AnypaymenttotheManagementwillnotberefunded.c. UpontheManagementexercisingtheirrighttorescindthecontractundersub-clause(c)ofthisclause,theymaybutarenotobligedtoreletorotherwisedealwiththeExhibitionspacecontractedbytheExhibitorindefaultonsuchconditionsastheManagementhavingelectedtobutnotabletoreletthesaidExhibitionspace,theExhibitorindefaultShallbeliabletopaytheentireunitcoststotheManagementasliquidateddamagesforthelossofrental6. ChangesTheManagementreservetherighttochangethevenueanddurationoftheExhibitionifexceptionalcircumstancessodemandintheeventofchangeofvenueand/orduration,theagreementtoparticipateshallremaininforcesolongastheExhibitorisinformedofachangeofvenueand/ordurationorcancellationoftheExhibition,theExhibitorsshallnotbeentitledtoanyclaimforcompensationinconnectionwiththeirreservationforparticipation.7. ConstructionandDecorationofStandExhibitorwillbeallowedtodecoratetheirunitsasperscheduledinExhibitor,sManual.AnydamagescausedbytheExhibitorsorhis/itscontractorstootherExhibitorsorcommonpropertyshallbetheresponsibilityoftheExhibitor.AllExhibitorsmustcompletetheirconstructionanddecorationbythedateandtimestipulatebytheManagement.8. MovementofExhibitsa. ExhibitorsshallbeartheresponsibilityandexpensesforthetransportofexhibitstotheExhibitionvenueb. Exhibitorsshallmaketheirownarrangementforstorageandwarehousingoftheirexhibits.c. ExhibitorsshallremoveallexhibitsfromtheExhibitionhallwithintheperiodstipulatedbytheManagementandshallindemnifytheManagementagainstanylossbyreasonofthedelayordamagetotheExhibitionhall.9.
