摘 要 工程项目是企业的主体,又是企业的基本经济细胞。工程项目质量管理是决策、计划、勘察、设计、施工等单位各方面、各环节工作素质的综合反映,要保证工程项目的质量,就应该要求有关部门和人员精心工作,对决定和影响工程质量的所有因素严加控制,即通过提高工作质量来保证和提高工程项目的质量。 随着中国经济的高速发展,国内建筑市场存在着较多的不稳定因素和不完善管理机制,又加上竞争激烈,各个施工单位为争揽工程,往往忽略了好的施工管理。 任何工程项目都是由分项工程、分部工程和单位工程所组成,而工程项目的建设,则是通过一道道工序来完成,是在工序中创造的。所以,工程项目质量包含工序质量、分项工程质量、分部工程质量和单位工程质量。工程项目质量也包含工作质量。工作质量是指参与工程建设者,为了保证工程项目质量所从事工作的水平和完善程度。工作质量包括:社会工作质量,如社会调查、市场预测、质量回访和保修服务等;生产过程工作质量,如政治工作质量、管理工作质量、技术工作质量和后勤工作质量等。工程项目质量的好坏是决策、计划、勘察、设计、施工等单位各方面、各环节工作质量的综合反映,而不是单纯靠质量检验检查出来的。要保证工程项目的质量,就要求有关部门和人员精心工作,对决定和影响工程质量的所有因素严加控制,即通过提高工作质量来保证和提高工程项目的质量。 每一个建设项目和其他建设项目相比,在规模大小,技术复杂程度。或者工程性质上可能有许多不同之处,但是在管理上有许多相同之处。作为建设工程产品的工程项目,投资和耗费的人工、材料、能源都相当大,投资者付出巨大的投资,要求获得理想的、满足适用要求的工程产品,以期在预定时间内能发挥作用。建筑施工项目质量的优劣,直接影响国家经济建设的速度.关系到工程的适用性和人民生命财产的安全和社会安定。对当前建筑工程质量问题出现的原因进行了分析,并从工程项目管理的角度探讨,提出了施工质量管理的具体措施。关键词:1工程项目 2质量管理 3项目管理 4 施工项目管理ABSTRACTThe project is the main body of the enterprise, and enterprise's basic economic cells.
