设计总说明本次设计的主要内容是XX中学2#楼学生公寓工程的投标报价，在投标报价编制的过程中严格按照国家现行各项规范及其招标文件的要求进行，并且在完成投标报价的基础上进行了施工阶段工程造价控制与实施的分析，以求能够通过采取有效的措施控制施工阶段的工程造价，达到以合理的技术经济措施完成招标文件的各项要求，从而满足施工方、投资方的利益以及社会的整体利益。在进行毕业设计之前，对整个工作的进度流程，各个阶段完成的目标，最终的总结等一系列工作进行了周密的安排，以期以出色的成绩满足毕业设计的要求，并且通过这一系列的流程安排使自己能够熟练掌握图纸的分析把握，工程量计算的快速准确，定额套价组价的完整，完成投标报价编制的能力。在第一章中主要是通过查阅相关资料，在积累了一定相关知识的基础上对现阶段我国建筑工程施工阶段工程造价控制的现状进行分析，目前的主要问题是价格浮动问题，预算编制中的问题，质量监控问题，法律纠纷问题等，对于这一系列的问题仅仅是从管理理论上进行分析是不够精确不够完整的，因而对于这些问题，从投标报价的具体事例中进行定性定量分析，为整个问题的解决提供了有力的技术与实践支持，这也是本次设计需要达到的主要目的，围绕这个课题进行目的及意义分析也是本文的主要内容。在完成了第一章内容的分析与编写的基础上，接下来第二章主要进行的是为完成投标报价而对施工图纸的基本分析，只有在熟知施工图纸的基础上，才能掌控整个工作的进度安排，为合理进行工作任务的执行提供依据。对于XX中学学生公寓工程来说，在进行投标报价时首先需要进行工程量的计算，其中需要对于工程项目进行合理的划分才能做到按照一定的顺序合理的计算，做到清单计算不漏项，计算有依据。工程项目的投标报价是多个环节相互搭接的过程，不仅仅是对于报价的计算与编制，在进行投标报价时，还要对招标文件进行分析，确定投标函，明确投标报价的综合说明，报价说明报价依据，降低造价的建议和措施说明，以及对于施工组织设计或施工方案的编制。这些内容将在第三章依次展开论述。在进行毕业设计时，对于投标报价的具体编制过程占用的时间最久，需要完成的工作内容最多，因而在第四章中投标报价的编制过程将作为毕业设计总说明的主要内容，其中包括了投标报价的编制依据、编制方法、编制内容以及按照第三章中对于工程的划分，将工程分解为基础工程、主体结构工程、装饰装修工程、以及措施项目。完成了XX中学2#学生公寓工程投标报价的工作内容之后，需要对施工阶段工程造价的控制及实施进行分析，也是本课题研究的主要目的主要意义，根据之前的结果，进行技术经济效果的后评价，着重于对施工阶段工程造价控制现状的原因进行详细分析并在此基础上提出我国建筑工程施工阶段工程造价控制与实施的具体操作方法，以期对于我国的建筑工程工程造价控制有一定的建设意义。关键词：施工阶段，投标报价，工程造价控制General Information of Design The main content of this design is the tender offer student apartment project of Boshan middle school 2# floor, in the preparation of tender offer in strict accordance with the national standards and the requirements of the bid invitation documents, and carried on the analysis and implementation of the construction phase of project cost control based on complete tender offer, in order to take the project cost effective measures to control the construction stage, to complete the tender documents to technical and economic management measures to meet the reasonable requirements, the construction side, the interests of investors and the overall interests of the community.Before graduation, for the entire work process, each stage to complete the goal, the final summing up a series of work made careful arrangements, in order to the excellent performance of the designed to meet the graduation requirements, and make yourself skilled grasp the drawing analysis through a series of processes, engineering the rapid and accurate calculation, set a fixed price group price integrity, ability to complete the preparation of tender offer.In the first chapter, mainly through access to relevant information, based on accumulated knowledge to the present stage our country architectural engineering project cost control in the construction stage of the analysis of the present situation, the current main problem is the price fluctuation, budget problems, problems of quality control, legal issues, for this series of problems is only for analysis is not accurate enough to not complete from the management theory, so for these problems, technical and economic analysis from the concrete examples of tender offer, offer technical support and practice effective to solve the entire problem, which is the main purpose of this design needs to achieve, around the main topic content analysis is the purpose and significance of.On the basis of the analysis of the first chapter of content and the compilation, the next second part mainly is to complete the bidding and the basic analysis on the construction drawings, only based on known construction drawings, can control the whole work schedule, provide the basis for reasonable engineering task execution.
