Solidlypromotingcooperationincross-provincialhandling,amongregions.Bycenteringontheimplementationofmajorregionalstrategiesandfocusingontheintegrateddevelopmentofurbanagglomerationsandmetropolitanareas,cooperationbetweenmajorlaborimportandexportplaces,exchangesandcooperationbetweenneighboringregions,andotherneeds,thescopeanddepthof4tcross-provincialhandlingshallbefurtherexpanded.R
