Promotingthealignmentofstandardsfordomesticandforeigntrade.Aworkingmechanismfortrackingandlocalizinginternationalstandardsshallbeestablishedandimprovedbybenchmarkingtheinternationaladvancedlevel.Anumberofadvancedandapplicableinternationalstandardsshallbelocalizedtocontinuouslyenhancethelocalizationofinternationalstandards.Thecompilationofforeignlanguageversionsofstandardsinkeyareassuchasbulktradecommodities,foreigncontractedprojects,intelligentnetworkedcars,e-commerce,andpaymentandsettlementshallbestrengthenedtoincreasepublicityandpromotionandhelpenterprisesreducetheinstitutionalcostsofmarkettransformation.Thenationalstandardsinformationplatform关于加快内外贸一体化发展的若干措施加快内外贸一体化发展是构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的内在要求，对促进经济发展、扩大内需、稳定企业具有重要作用。为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，加快内外贸一体化发展，提出如下措施。一、促进内外贸规则制度衔接融合（一）促进内外贸标准衔接。对标国际先进水平，建立完善国际标准跟踪转化工作机制，转化一批先进适用国际标准，不断提高国际标准转化率。加强大宗贸易商品、对外承包工程、智能网联汽车、电子商务、支付结算等重点领域标准外文版编译，加大宣传推广力度，帮助企业降低市场转换的制度成本。完善“一带一路”共建国家标准信息平台，进一步发挥出口商品技术指南作用，优化国内国际标准服务。推进国家级服务业标准化试点（商贸流通专项）工作，加强标准创新。(二)促进内外贸检验认证衔接。完善合格评定服 务贸易便利化信息平台功能。鼓励检验检测认证机构提供 “一站式”服务。推动与更多国家开展检验检疫电子证书 国际合作。深化共建“一带一路”、区域全面经济伙伴 关系协定(RCEP)等框架下检验检疫、认证认可国际合 作。推动内地和港澳地区检测认证规则对接和结果互信互 认，推进“湾区认证”。鼓励符合资质要求的检验检测机 构参与进出口商品检验采信，扩大第三方检验检测结果采 信范围。加强对出口转内销产品强制性产品认证绿色通道 的政策宣传。amongtheBeltandRoadpartnercountriesshallbeimproved,andtheroleoftheTechnicalGuideforExportCommoditiesshallbefurtherleveragedtooptimizetheservicesrelatingtodomesticandinternationalstandards.Thepilotprogramofnationalservicestandardization(specialtradecirculation)shallbepromotedtostrengthenstandardinnovation.2. Promotingthealignmentofdomesticandforeigntradeinspectionandcertification.Thefunctionoftheinformationplatformforfacilitatingtradeinconformityassessmentservicesshallbeimproved.Inspectionandcertificationinstitutionsshallbeencouragedtoprovide'vone-stop"services.Internationalcooperationwithmorecountriesininspectionandquarantineelectroniccertificatesshallbedeveloped.Internationalcooperationininspection,quarantine,certification,andaccreditationundertheframeworkofthe“BeltandRoad,'initiativeandtheRegionalComprehensiveEconomicPartnershipAgreement(RCEP)shallbedeepened.ThealignmentoftestingandcertificationrulesandmutualtrustandrecognitionoftheresultsbetweentheMainlandandHongKongandMacaoshallbepromotedtoadvancetheCertificationintheBayArea".Inspectionandtestinginstitutionsthatmeetthequalificationrequirementsshallbeencouragedtoparticipateintheacceptanceofinspectionresultsofimportedandexportedcommodities,andtheacceptancescopeofthird-partyinspectionandtestingresultsshallbeexpanded.Thepolicypublicityofthegreenchannelforcompulsoryproductcertificationofpr<iuctsoriginallyproducedforexportandsolddomesticallyshallbestrengthened.channels3. Promotingthealignmentofsupervisionoverdomesticandforeigntrade.Effortsshallbemadetoremoveallformsoflocalprotectionandmarketsegmentation,speedupthebuildingofaunifiednationalmarket,promotethesmoothflowofdomesticandforeigntraderesources,andpromotefaircompetitionbetweendomesticandforeign-fundedenterprises.Theimprovementoftheemergencymechanismforensuringthesupplyofmedicinesinshortsupplyshallbeexplored.Relevantsystemsfortheemergencyuseofmedicaldevicesshall
