MainResponsibilitiesUndertheguidanceoftheCPCCentralCommitteeandtheStateCouncil,effortsshallbemadetoguideandpromotethedeepeningofthereformandthetransformationanddevelopmentofindustryassociationsandchambersofcommerce,strengthentheoverallplanningandcoordinationfortheworksuchasdeepeningthereformofthemanagementsystemforindustryassociationsandchambersofcommerceandpromotingthehealthyandwell-regulateddevelopmentofindustryassociationsandchambersofcommerce,conductresearchonanddeveloprelevantpoliciesandmeasures,coordinateeffortstoaddressimportantandchallengingissuesinthereformanddevelopmentofindustryassociationsandchambersofcommerce,continuetocreateagoodenvironmentthathelpsindustryassociationsandchambersofcommercetoleveragetheirpositiveroles,coordinateeffortstoresolvethoseissuesnotcoveredinthereformofdecouplingindustryassociationsandchambersofcommercefromadministrativeagenciesandconsolidatetheresultsofsuchreform,strengthenthecooperationandcollaborationofdepartments,guideandsupervisealllocalauthoritiesandallrelevantdepartmentsinimplementingtherelevanttasks,andcompleteothermattersassignedbytheCPCCentralCommitteeandtheStaleCouncil.二、成员单位II. MemberEntities联席会议由国家发展改革委、民政部、中央组织部、中央 和国家机关工委、外交部、工业和信息化部、财政部、农 业农村部、国务院国资委、市场监管总局等10个部门和单 位组成，国家发展改革委、民政部为牵头单位。TheJointMeetingconsistsoftendepartmentsandentities,includingtheNationalDevelopmentandReformCommission,theMinistrj,ofCivilAffairs,theOrganizationDepartmentoftheCPCCentralCommittee,theWorkingCommissiononCentralandStateAgencies,theMinistryofForeignAffairs,theMinistr),ofIndUStryandInformationTechnology,theMinistryofFinance,theMinistryofAgricultureandRuralAffairs,theState-ownedAssetsSupervisionandAdministrationCommissionoftheStateCouncil,andtheStateAdministrationforMarkelRegulation,inwhichtheNationalDevelopmentandReformCommissionandtheMinistryofCivilAffairsshalltakethelead.联席会议由国家发展改革委、民政部有关负责同志担任召 集人，其他成员单位有关负责同志担任成员（名单附 后）。联席会议成员因工作变动等原因需要调整的，由所 在单位提出，联席会议确定。联席会议可根据工作需要调 整成员单位。联席会议办公室设在国家发
