Guidingideology.WithXiJinpingThoughtonSocialismwithChineseCharacteristicsforaNewEraasguidance,effortsshallbemadetofullyimplementtheguidingprinciplesofthe19thCPCNationalCongressandtheSecond,Third,FourthandFifthPlenarySessionsofthe19thCPCCentralCommittee,furtherfollowXiJinpingThoughtonEcologicalCivilization,earnestlyfulfillthedecisionsandplansoftheCPCCentralCommitteeandtheStateCouncil,remainfirmtotheconceptthatlucidwatersandlushmountainsareinvaluableassets,maximizethedecisiveroleofIhemarketintheallocationofresources,andmakebetteruseoftheroleofthegovernment.Inthemeantime,endeavorsshallbemadetofocusonkeysectors,stimulatemarketvitality,boosthigh-qualitydevelopmentinecologicalprotectionandremediation,increasethesupplyoflop-qualityecologicalproducts,maintainthenationalecologicalsecurity,buildanecologicalcivilizationsystem,andpromotethebuildingofabeautifulChina.2.
