扬州大学课题名称工程施工技术文件编制副标题某某蓝湾32#楼工程施工组织设计学院专 业(系)姓名学号指导教师日期某某蓝湾32#楼工程施工组织设计【摘要】施工组织设计是以施工项目为对象编制的，用以指导施工的技术、经济和管理的综合性文件。本施工组织设计以扬州市某某蓝湾32#楼为对象，结合实际情况进行编制，具体内容包括工程概况、编制依据、施工部署、施工准备与资源配置计划、分部分项工程施工方法、安全管理计划、质量管理计划、环境管理计划、施工进度计划和施工现场平面布置等。某某蓝湾32#楼为高层剪力墙结构住宅楼工程，该工程施工组织设计编制是对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行的规划设计，根据设计图纸和合同文件编制工程概况，参照国家现行规范、验收标准来编制各分部分项工程施工方法，用未来软件绘制出现场平面布置图、横道图和网络图。运用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的进度保证计划实施的措施，质量和安全方面，制定了技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见的问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。【关键词】施工组织设计，施工方案，施工进度计划，施工现场平面布置Construction Organization Plan of GOLDEN MILE ISlLAND 32 # Building 【Abstract】Construction plandocuments.Theby the construction project for the object to guide the construction of technical, economic and management documents.The organizational planpreparation.SpecificallyYangzhou City, Golden Mile Island 32 # F, and, combined with the actual situation for the preparation.Specifically includes a project overview, prepared on the basis, the deployment of construction, construction preparation and resource allocation plans, sub-part construction methods, safety management plan, quality management plans, environmental management plan, construction schedule and construction site layout.
