硕士学位论文论文题目： 城乡和谐理念下新农村建设路径探讨 指导教师姓名、职称 学科专业名称 马克思主义基本原理 研究方向 当代中国社会问题研究 论文提交日期 论文答辩日期 答辩委员会主席 城乡和谐理念下新农村建设路径探讨 姓 名： 指导教师：学科专业： 马克思主义基本原理A Dissertation Submitted to Ludong University for the Degree of Master Approach on the Path for the Construction of New Countryside under the Concept of Harmony of Urban and Rural Areas摘 要改革开放三十年来，我国的经济社会发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，但是，城乡之间的差距并没有消除，反而在进一步拉大，城乡不和谐问题日益突出。和谐社会应该是由和谐城市、和谐农村以及和谐的城乡关系共同来构成。城乡和谐作为社会和谐的一种重要反映，是社会和谐的基本内容和重要组成部分，是城乡关系的理想状态。建设社会主义和谐社会必然要求实现城乡和谐。城乡和谐这一理念的提出为社会主义新农村建设指明了方向。如何建设社会主义新农村以实现城乡和谐成为建设社会主义和谐社会亟待解决的重要问题。文章主体共分为四个部分，第一部分主要阐述了古典马克思主义的城乡关系的理论及其当代启示。基于当前中国城乡差距不断扩大的现实，指出我们应该树立一种城乡和谐的理念和目标，积极寻求有效的路径缩小城乡差距，逐步实现城乡和谐的理想城乡关系状态。第二部分是城乡和谐的理论探析。在阐述了城乡和谐应包含的三个方面之后，就城乡和谐与城乡统筹和城乡一体化的关系问题进行了分析；同时概述了城乡和谐这一理念对社会主义新农村建设路径选择的意义；第三部分是当前我国城乡不和谐的现状分析。正因为当前我国城乡间存在那么多不和谐因素，所以我们才要积极寻求有效地路径来消除这些不和谐因素，从而实现城乡和谐发展。所以文章的第四部分就着重探讨了如何建设社会主义新农村以实现城乡和谐的路径选择问题。该部分作为本文的重点，主要从五个方面进行了论述，通过这五条路径的探讨，希望可以有效促进社会主义新农村的建设，早日实现城乡和谐发展。关键词：城乡和谐；新农村建设；路径AbstractThe past three decades of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in economic and social development, however, the gap between urban and rural areas has not been eliminated, but further widened. This problem became increasingly prominent.The harmonious society should be constituted by the harmonious urban and the harmonious rural areas, also by the harmonious relationship between urban and rural areas. As an important reflection of the harmonious society, “harmony of urban and rural areas” is the basic content and the important component of the harmonious society, and the ideal relationship between urban and rural areas. It is also a necessary requirement to build a socialist harmonious society. This concept has indicated the direction of the Construction of New Countryside. It is an important and urgent issue that how to build New Countryside in order to achieve harmony of urban and rural areas, as building a socialist harmonious society.The article is divided into four main parts: The first part is Classical Marxist theory of the relationship between urban and rural areas and its contemporary inspiration: we should set a philosophy and objective of “harmony of urban and rural areas”, and actively seek effective path to realize it. The second part is research on the theory of “harmony of urban and rural areas”. The relationship between “harmony of urban and rural areas”、“balance urban and rural development” and “ integration of urban and rural” were analyzed. At the same time, the significance of the concept of urban and rural harmony in the chousing of new rural route was elaborated. The third part analyzed the current status of “disharmony of urban and rural areas”. Because our country exist so many factors of disharmony between urban and rural areas, we have to actively seek effective path to eliminate them, so as to achieve the harmonious development of urban and rural areas. Therefore, the fourth part focuses on the path that how to build a new socialist countryside in order to realize “harmony of urban and rural areas”.
